These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our facilities and services. By using our facilities, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions fully and completely. If you do not accept all of the terms and conditions as stated hereafter in full, you may not use our facilities.
General
These terms and conditions govern the use of HOLEIN1 Golf Simulator facility, and all services provided within the facility. Patrons are expected to use the facility and equipment responsibly, following all safety guidelines provided.
Booking, Payment and Reservations
Bookings can be made online through our website, mobile app, or in-person at the facility. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours of the booked time and date.
Membership Terms
Membership benefits are non-transferable. Unused monthly hours do not roll over and any unused hours expire. Membership fees are billed monthly and are not refundable. HOLEIN1 reserves the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, or policies with prior notice. Violation of our terms and conditions will result in the termination of the membership without a refund.
Equipment and Use
Patrons are responsible for using the Trackman Simulators in a safe and respectful manner. Any damage caused due to misuse will be the responsibility of the patron. Only non-marking indoor sports shoes are permitted. No golf spikes or outdoor shoes are allowed. Patrons may bring their own clubs, provided they are clean and free of dirt. Patrons may also use their own golf balls, provided they are free of any sharpie or other non-factory markings
Conduct and Safety
Patrons are required to attend a safety briefing before using the Trackman simulators. No outside alcoholic beverages allowed. Any form of the possession or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the facility
Liability. Liability Waiver
Patrons acknowledge that they are participating in activities at their own risk and do hereby fully and completely release HOLEIN1 Golf from any and all liability for injuries, damages or other losses whether known, unknown, anticipated or unanticipated which they may suffer during their use of the facilities.
Privacy Policy
We may collect personal information for booking and marketing purposes. We will not share or sell this information to any third parties. We take all appropriate measures to secure your personal information and ensure it is not misused.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
HOLEIN1 Golf reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Patrons will be notified of any changes. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
